>Qualifications
All applicants must:

• be 25 years of age or older.
• have 2 years verifiable Over The Road experience.
• have current clear CDL.
• have good driving record as reported on your MVR & previous employers.
• meet complete DOT qualification standards.
• have current long form physical.
• have a stable employment history.
• be available to run weekends.
• be drug and alcohol free.

>Pay
Drivers are paid biweekly:

Additional Pay:

• Extra Stop Off Pay - $25.00 after first pick-up and/or drop
• Reimbursement of tolls & scales
• $100.00 Driver Referral Bonus Program
• Paid biweekly via Direct Deposit
• Paid same - loaded & deadhead
• Extra $0.03 / mile for solos to California
• Performance Safety Bonus (Quarterly up to $600)
• Per Diem Pay

Insurance coverage takes effect 90 days after hire.

Retirement / 401k Plan :

• Employees can save up to 15% of earnings tax deferred. Ormsby Trucking, Inc. will match 25% of the first to 4%.
• Several investment options to choose from. Available after 1 year of full time employment. Enrollment January 1st and July 1st.

Paid Vacations:

• $400.00 after 1 year of full time employment

• Late model equipment
• Long haul - majority no touch freight, year round. Teams averaging 5,000 weekly. Singles averaging 3,200 weekly.
