Vaughn Ormsby formed the company in 1951 when hauling cream to the East Coast. After deregulation in 1983 Vaughn brought his son, Reg, and two daughters, Julie and Jill, into the business and since has expanded the fleet to over 100 company owned tractors and 250 trailers with terminals and warehouses in Uniondale, Indiana and El Paso, Texas.

Vaughn Ormsby passed away in December 2005. The company is continuing to strive and grow under the direction of next generations.

>Equipment
The fleet consists of Volvos, Freightliners, Peterbuilts, and Internationals. All trucks are air ride and are not older than three years. Trailers are no older than six years. Trucks are equipped with Aether communication system.

>Home Time
Team drivers will average 2 days home for every 7-10 days on the road.
Single drivers will average 2 days home for every 5 days on the road.
